Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

Service

Motion Lab is browser-based two-dimensional motion-analysis software provided by BioSystems One Inc. You may use local analysis without an account. Account, project-sync, export, and subscription capabilities depend on the selected plan and service availability.

Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for having permission to analyze the media you open and for protecting identifiable participant data. Source media remains on your device in the normal analysis workflow. You are responsible for local backups and for reopening source files referenced by a project.

Technical limitations

Single-camera two-dimensional measurements are valid only in the calibrated plane and may be affected by perspective, lens distortion, frame-rate metadata, occlusion, tracking error, and user-selected points. Motion Lab is not represented as a medical device and does not replace professional judgment or validation appropriate to your use.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe displays otherwise. Feature access follows verified server-side subscription status.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s projects, disrupt the service, bypass server-side entitlements, or use Motion Lab unlawfully. Do not upload source media through endpoints intended for project JSON.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee that every browser, codec, device, or analysis will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, BioSystems One Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
