Billing FAQ

Before you upgrade

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation is managed through the Stripe customer portal. Pro access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Does upgrading upload my videos?

No. Source videos remain on your device on every plan. Optional workspace sync stores project JSON—calibration, coordinates, measurements, and settings—not source media.

What happens to projects after I downgrade?

Projects saved on your device remain available. Paid export and comparison features become unavailable until you upgrade again.

Who handles payment details?

Stripe processes payment details, invoices, and card updates. Motion Lab does not store complete card information.
